HFM Journal Processor
The Goal Getters Journal Processor is a utility that is used to process and load journal templates into an HFM application. This utility allows companies to create and manage their journals outside of HFM using Excel and Smartview and then validate, load and post the journals. Journals can be loaded in batch or individually.
Journal Templates
The Journals templates are regular excel workbooks with one worksheet set up with a specific journal format required by the journal processor.
The Journal Processor
The main Journal processor screen shows the selected journals and their current status in the HFM application. Quick button access allows you to Post, Unpost, Scan the journals.
Batch Processing
Journal files can be selected one at a time or in batch.
Error Logs
Error logs indicate any errors in the excel template that will cause it to error and not load.
