MSO Associate / Systems Analyst
This is an entry-level position. The successful candidate will train in the operation, implementation and design of Financial Reporting systems and support our client's end users in their day-to-day activities. Excellent communication skills, an aptitude for finance, and a desire to learn and progress to increasing levels of responsibility are required.
Minimal Entry Requirements
Education & Certifications
- Four-year university degree in fields such as (but not limited to) Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Economics and Business, and Business Administration
Experience
- Financial aptitude, including a solid understanding of accounting methods and Financial Statements, possibly enrolled in a recognized accounting program
- 1 year overall experience in functional or technical role preferred
- Excellent Communications Skills both written and oral
- A solid understanding of current computer technologies including MS Word and Excel, various user interfaces, cloud computing, social media, databases and file management.
Demonstrated Skills
- Candidates will have excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as conflict resolution skills.
- Consistent ability to build rapport with team members and clients.
